History

North Star Contracting Inc. (formerly North Star Excavating Inc.) was founded by Steve Skiba. Steve has been a successful business owner in various locations throughout Alberta since 1991. With specific expertise in site development, water & sewer, excavation and commercial construction, Steve has successfully developed North Star Contracting Inc. into a complete service company capable of handling any size of project.
