YELLOWSTONE MULTI-RESIDENTIAL
PROJECT OVERVIEW
North Star was contracted by ITC to perform the parkade excavation for the Yellowstone Apartment Building. This 20-storey residential tower will feature approximately 205 residential units above an underground parkade, located in downtown Calgary.
PROJECT DETAILS
Completion of approximately 18,310m³ of bulk excavation
Removal of approximately 1,935m³ of shoring pile tailings
Trimming of approximately 1,865m² of shoring wall using a milling head
Preparation of approximately 1,725m² of subgrade for building slab
Excavation of 248lm of mechanical trenching
