AMAZON MAVERICK
PROJECT OVERVIEW
North Star completed the full surface scope for the Amazon Maverick Warehouse in Calgary, Alberta as a subcontractor to Ledcor. The $18.4M project included all concrete flatwork, including dolly pads, parking lot islands, and sidewalks, as well as paving for parking areas, shallow utilities for site lighting, and all grading and drainage works.

This project included large-scale structural concrete works and supporting material placement to support major infrastructure construction. Key quantities completed as part of the scope include:
