PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Gateway Project at Three Sisters Mountain Resort in Canmore was a full-scope development featuring a multi-lane roundabout at the main entrance. North Star successfully completed all surface work, including grading, paving, and concrete installations for new roadways, a shopping centre, office spaces, and parking lots. The team poured a 5,350m² concrete pathway, including a 2,550m² red pathway along Cascade Drive. Additionally, North Star completed all underground utility installations, including water and storm tie-ins, ensuring seamless integration for the site’s development.
