PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project involved the full-scope development of a 22-lot subdivision in Heritage Point, including underground utilities, surface improvements, and roadway construction. Key work included directional drilling for potable water supply mains and sanitary forcemains, installation of a lift station, as well as the construction of curbs, sidewalks, and residential roadways.
PROJECT DETAILS
The project involved large-scale earthworks, underground servicing, and surface construction to support site development. Key quantities completed as part of the scope include:
Approximately 17,000m³ of dirt management (stripping and cut/fill)
Installation of 1,500lm of various-sized mainline pipes
Installation of 22 building services consisting of 1,200lm of various-sized pipes
Installation of 9 manholes, including a control structure, super catch basin, and overflow storage manhole
Installation of 304lm of CSP culverts
Placement of approximately 6,500t of aggregate (drain rock and road crush)
Placement of approximately 600t of asphalt
Placement of approximately 50m³ of concrete
