PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project involved the full-scope development of a 22-lot subdivision in Heritage Point, including underground utilities, surface improvements, and roadway construction. Key work included directional drilling for potable water supply mains and sanitary forcemains, installation of a lift station, as well as the construction of curbs, sidewalks, and residential roadways.

PROJECT DETAILS

The project involved large-scale earthworks, underground servicing, and surface construction to support site development. Key quantities completed as part of the scope include:

  • Approximately 17,000m³ of dirt management (stripping and cut/fill)

  • Installation of 1,500lm of various-sized mainline pipes

  • Installation of 22 building services consisting of 1,200lm of various-sized pipes

  • Installation of 9 manholes, including a control structure, super catch basin, and overflow storage manhole

  • Installation of 304lm of CSP culverts

  • Placement of approximately 6,500t of aggregate (drain rock and road crush)

  • Placement of approximately 600t of asphalt

  • Placement of approximately 50m³ of concrete
