PROJECT OVERVIEW

This comprehensive civil project involved the development of a 30-lot subdivision in Heritage Point, covering all major construction phases. Scope of work included general earthworks, storm pond construction, underground utilities, grading, paving, and concrete installations. The project required precise excavation, strategic material placement, and the installation of utilities to support long-term infrastructure. Additionally, high-quality surface improvements were completed for subdivision roads. Through meticulous planning and coordination, the project was executed efficiently while maintaining strict safety standards, quality control, and adherence to the project schedule.

PROJECT DETAILS

The project included earthworks, underground utility installation, and surface construction to support site servicing and roadway infrastructure. Key quantities completed as part of the scope include:

  • Approximately 30,000m³ of dirt management (stripping and cut/fill)

  • Installation of 1,000lm of various-sized mainline pipes

  • Installation of 30 building services, con-sisting of 1,200lm of various-sized pipes

  • Installation of 7 manholes, including a control structure and a super catch basin

  • Installation of 320lm of CSP culverts

  • Placement of approximately 1,000t of aggregate (drain rock & road crush)

  • Placement of approximately 3,510t of asphalt

  • Placement of approximately 45m³ of concrete
