North Star completed excavation and deep utility installation for a proposed multi-residential infill development in the Bridgeland area. The scope included excavation and installation of underground servicing to support the development within an established urban neighbourhood, requiring careful coordination and precise construction to integrate with existing infrastructure.

The project included excavation, shoring preparation, and deep utility installation to support the multi-residential infill development. Key quantities completed as part of the scope include:
4,650m³ of mass excavation
250m³ of shoring tailing removal
700m² of lagging shoring wall trimming
545m³ of detail excavation
1,455m² of slab-on-grade preparation
Cut-in manholes installed over existing main lines
Installation of water, sanitary, and storm services
Abandonment of 4 existing water services
Asphalt and concrete rehabilitation associated with utility tie-ins
