ROCKLAND PARK HOA
PROJECT OVERVIEW
In the new subdivision of Rockland Park, the Homeowners Association aimed to provide residents with amenities such as a pool, hot tub, hockey rink, pickleball court, playground, and various other facilities. As a subcontractor to Ledcor, North Star Contracting handled the installation of deep underground utilities, full site grading, concrete walkways, and all asphalt paving for the project.
