PROJECT OVERVIEW
The comprehensive development of a 69-lot subdivision in Heritage Point included underground utilities, surface enhancements, and roadway construction. Key scope elements included directional drilling for potable water supply mains and sanitary forcemains, installation of a lift station, and construction of curbs, sidewalks, and swales. Asphalt work included residential and collector roadways, along with paved regional pathways. Shallow utility roadway crossings were also completed to support essential services.
PROJECT DETAILS
The project involved underground utility installation and roadway restoration to support site servicing and municipal infrastructure upgrades. Key quantities completed as part of the scope include:
Installation of 5,350lm of various-sized mainline pipes
Installation of 135 building services, consisting of 4,000lm of various-sized pipes
Installation of 35 manholes
Placement of approximately 20,000t of aggregate (drain rock & road crush)
Placement of approximately 3,000t of asphalt
Restoration of approximately 750m² of asphalt rehabilitation on River Heights Drive
