GATEWAY TURBO ROUNDABOUT
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Three Sisters Mountain Resort Gateway Turbo-Roundabout project in Canmore involved the full-scope construction of a major Alberta transportation traffic circle. This multilane roundabout serves as a critical connection between Highway 1 and the residential and commercial roads leading into Three Sisters Mountain Resort. The project required extensive mobilization, traffic management, and the construction and removal of detours to maintain access throughout the construction process. Key aspects of the work included grading, paving, concrete flatwork, drainage infrastructure, and the installation of permanent traffic signage.
