PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project involved the complete civil construction of a 135-lot subdivision, encompassing deep utility installation, grading, and road construction. The work was carried out in three phases: Rivercrest Phase 1, Phase 2A, and Phase 2B.
PROJECT DETAILS
The project involved underground utility installation and roadway restoration to support site servicing and municipal infrastructure upgrades. Key quantities completed as part of the scope include:
Installation of 5,350lm of various-sized mainline pipes
Installation of 135 building services, consisting of 4,000lm of various-sized pipes
Installation of 35 manholes
Placement of approximately 20,000t of aggregate
(drain rock & road crush)Placement of approximately 3,000t of asphalt
Restoration of approximately 750m² of asphalt rehabilitation on River Heights Drive
