POINTS NORTH BUSINESS PARK
PROJECT OVERVIEW
North Star Contracting was contracted by Camgill Development to complete the underground deep utility installation for the Points North Business Park, a key industrial development in Calgary. The scope included the construction and integration of water, storm, and sanitary services to support long-term infrastructure needs for the site. Delivered under a unit rate agreement, the project required detailed coordination and execution within a busy development schedule.
PROJECT DETAILS
Installation of deep underground utilities (water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer) across a 219-acre future business park.
1,055m of watermain installation, including service connections, valves, and hydrants.1,183m of sanitary sewer installation, with concrete manholes, service connections, and system tie-ins.
1,900m of storm sewer installation, integrating with the existing system, including:
