EAST POINT BUSINESS PARK
PROJECT OVERVIEW
North Star Contracting self-performed the complete civil scope for this business park development. The work included installation of underground water, storm, and sanitary mains, manholes, subdrains, and shallow utilities. Surface works included grading, catch basins, concrete flatwork, bus pads, and paving to complete the site infrastructure. The project was delivered in collaboration with Jubilee Engineering in 2020.
