PROJECT OVERVIEW
North Star Contracting completed the full civil scope for West Springs Phase 7, a 59-lot residential subdivision in Calgary. The work included installation of underground water, sanitary, and storm sewer systems, along with critical tie-ins to existing mains and manholes. In addition to underground servicing, North Star carried out all necessary site grading to prepare the subdivision for future development. The project was delivered with precision and efficiency, reflecting North Star’s continued commitment to quality in residential infrastructure.

Import, placement, & compaction of 13,000m³ of fill material
